Quick note before we start: we're Ryz Labs, a competitor to both Globant and Nortal, and this page argues for our model. We still want you to pick the right firm, so we say where each of them fits. Globant facts come from its SEC filings and its own releases; Nortal facts from its site, results release and Clutch.
The question is whether you want AI work metered or monitored. Globant's Glob.AI bills software pods "per supervised token, per pod; for approved output," against a monthly minimum usage fee, so the meter is the contract. Nortal sells AI-native delivery teams, where "AI agents draft specifications, designs, code, tests and documentation" and "senior engineers validate every output," with "built-in token usage monitoring and cost projection from day one." You're buying a team, and the tokens are reported to you. Choose Globant if you're comfortable paying by consumption. Choose Nortal if you want a team-based engagement with usage visibility, especially in public-sector or regulated work.
If you want neither a meter nor a vendor delivery unit, just senior engineers on your team at a flat monthly rate, Ryz Labs is our pick.
Here is every public price signal we found, checked October 2026. Most firms in this market don't publish a rate card, so we show the hourly band on their Clutch listing and convert it to a monthly figure for one full-time engineer.
Monthly figures are our math at 160 hours a month. Directory bands are entered by the firms themselves and are not quotes, so ask each vendor for a written monthly price for the same roles at the same seniority.
Globant is turning services into a product. Founded in Buenos Aires in 2003 and listed on the NYSE, it still earns most revenue under time-and-materials contracts at hourly rates, per its 20-F, with fixed-price work at 28.0% of 2025 revenue. Its growth bet is Glob.AI: AI Pods, Glob.AI OS (announced October 27, 2026) and plans that pass through "320+ models from 25+ providers at list price, with no markup." Glob.AI has its own CEO, Sarab Narang, and Glob.AI OS "runs as SaaS or in the client's own cloud." North America was 52.8% of Globant's revenue in Q2 2026.
Nortal is a transformation firm with a public-sector core. Headquartered in Tallinn, it lists public sector, healthcare, aerospace and defence, financial services and energy among its industries, and platform practices in Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Adobe and Atlassian. It is a NATO approved supplier. After buying Nearsure in 2025 it staffs from Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe, and says its hubs put teams "in your time zone." It claims "480+ Global active customers in 2025."
In practice, Globant asks you to adopt its platform and pay by consumption. Nortal asks you to engage a team and gives you the usage numbers.
Token meters and usage reports both solve a forecasting problem. Our answer is to make the number fixed and the people visible.
A cost finance can predict. Mid-level engineers (comparable to Amazon L5) run $7,000 to $10,000 a month; senior (comparable to L6) $10,000 to $15,000. Five senior engineers come to about $50,000 to $75,000 a month, whatever the token count.
AI that cut cost per call, in production. A Ryz AI pod team built a driver-support agent covering about 218,000 calls a year in three languages, with per-call cost down about 95% according to the live case study. Read the driver-support agent case study.
Your platform, not ours. One accountable team, no proprietary platform lock-in. Pods work in your AWS or Azure account, on GitHub and Postgres, with Anthropic and OpenAI models. You own the code and IP.
Compliance on our side, too. We follow GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, and the AI in our recruiting system is governed under EU AI Act high-risk requirements, with people making every hiring decision. Our engineers work on your team, reporting to your leads. See all case studies.

For traditional work, mostly yes: its 20-F says services are performed "primarily under time-and-materials contracts" at hourly rates. Glob.AI pods are billed per output or consumption instead.
Its AI-native teams page promises "built-in token usage monitoring and cost projection from day one," so you can see what agents consume while the team works.
Globant says Glob.AI OS "runs as SaaS or in the client's own cloud."
No. Pods build in your AWS or Azure account with Anthropic and OpenAI models, and you can revoke our access at any time. Ask us how we'd scope yours.
We checked Globant's filings and both firms' pages in October 2026. AI billing models are changing fast, so confirm terms before you sign.
