Quick note before you read on: we're Ryz Labs, and we rank ourselves first among these FullStack Labs alternatives. That's a bias, and we're stating it. We'll also say where FullStack, or another firm here, is the better fit. Facts about other firms come from their own sites and investor pages, linked at the end.
FullStack Labs now brands itself as FullStack, at fullstack.com, though its about page still uses the FullStack Labs name. It's led from the US, with delivery leadership in Colombia, and offers two ways to work: a cross-functional team that builds your software, or vetted LatAm engineers added through its Connect platform. It says it deploys pre-built engineering pods and forward deployed engineers from a network of 1,100+ AI-native experts, and that 600 US companies trust it. Buyers usually look at alternatives for one of three reasons. They want a fixed New York-hours commitment rather than "within three hours of every US time zone." They want to see a price before the first call, since FullStack shows rates inside Connect. Or they want a different pricing model or scale for AI work. Here's how the options compare.
FullStack and Ryz both sell pods and forward deployed engineers, so the useful comparison is who shows up and where they work. Every Ryz engineer passed vetting that only the top 1% of the tens of thousands we've interviewed get through, and our people are mostly mid-level to senior, comparable to Amazon L5 and L6. They work US business hours, including New York hours, so a design question at 3pm gets answered at 3pm. Fortune 500 engineering teams trust us with production work.
Our AI pod teams follow four steps: Talk, Match, Join, Grow. A pod, often about seven senior engineers with a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers, works in your AWS or Azure account, your GitHub and your CI, with weekly demos. When the system is done, you grow the pod or take the system over. The results are in production: fraud detection for a global fleet company has scored 244K+ invoices and surfaced $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's fraud team. Read the fraud detection case study and our page on forward deployed engineers.
FullStack's rates live inside Connect. Ours are on the page: $7,000 to $10,000 a month for mid-level engineers, $10,000 to $15,000 for seniors, and leads quoted per team. A five-person senior pod for three months is 5 × $10,000 to $15,000 × 3, or $150,000 to $225,000. With the quote you get a plan and the names of the people. See Ryz Labs vs FullStack Labs.
Where we're not the right fit: you want a trial before you talk to anyone, follow-the-sun coverage across Europe and Asia, or a proprietary AI platform to license. FullStack's two-week trial, Wizeline's global footprint or Azumo's own platforms fit those better.
Azumo is a San Francisco-headquartered nearshore firm that says it has been building production AI since 2016, with talent in Latin America and US time-zone alignment. It offers a dedicated team, staff augmentation or a full project build, and it publishes project pricing: $499 to $899 per Delivery Unit, which it defines as a testable piece of working software. It also runs its own AI platforms, including the open-weight Valkyrie, and states SOC 2 certification. Pick it if you want output priced by the unit. See our Azumo alternatives.
Wizeline, now at wizeline.ai, says it has about 2,000 employees, with offices in Mexico, Colombia, the US, Canada, Spain, the UK and Vietnam. It sells Studio, Project and Staff engagements plus Agentic Pods, cross-functional pods augmented by AI agents, and forward deployed engineers who take pods from pilot to production. CDPQ is its majority investor. It's the closest structural match to FullStack's pods at a larger scale. See Ryz Labs vs Wizeline.
Globant reported $2.5B in trailing-twelve-month revenue at Q2 2026 and 27,400+ employees across 30+ countries. It calls itself a full-stack AI company and sells AI Pods as a subscription, including a MuleSoft AI Pod introduced with Salesforce in September 2026. It fits buyers who want AI capacity as a recurring service from a very large firm. See our Globant alternatives.

Yes. The company brands itself as FullStack at fullstack.com, and its about page still uses the FullStack Labs name.
Ryz Labs, for US teams that want a senior AI pod working their hours in their own cloud and repos. Our case studies show what pods have shipped, from fraud detection to an AI voice platform with 1M+ outbound calls.
Azumo publishes a price per Delivery Unit, and we publish per-engineer monthly ranges. FullStack shows rates inside Connect, and Wizeline and Globant don't publish prices.
Add individuals when your leads own the design and need more hands. Hire a pod when you need one system built end to end. Our guide to dedicated AI teams vs staff augmentation covers the trade-offs.
