Heads up: we're Ryz Labs, so we have skin in this game. What follows is the advice we give buyers on calls, including the times we tell them to go with someone else.
Choose Ryz if you're a US enterprise, in any industry, that wants a senior AI pod team working inside your cloud and repos, on US hours, shipping an AI system to production. We're trusted by Fortune 500 engineering teams, and our pods have done exactly that, including a fraud detection system with $5.94M in confirmed fraud and a compliance review system that has processed 8,000+ documents for a global capital management firm.
Choose Globant if you want a large, publicly listed vendor, a productized subscription to supervised AI agents (its AI Pods, sold through Glob.AI), and one vendor for programs that span several regions. Same word, different thing: a Globant AI Pod is metered agent capacity; a Ryz AI pod team is a group of senior engineers you work with every day.
Multi-region programs. Globant reports about 27,000 technology professionals and 944 customers each worth more than $100K a year. If you want one vendor to staff hundreds of people across many workstreams in North America, Latin America and Europe, Globant's global bench is built for that.
A productized way to buy AI work. Glob.AI gives procurement something close to a SKU: a catalog, three pod models, and a fee structure built on a monthly minimum plus usage. If your organization prefers to buy AI capacity like a subscription, and is comfortable with agents doing much of the work under expert supervision, that model is genuinely easier to buy than a scoped team.
Platform and partnerships. Globant has its own agent platform (Globant Enterprise AI) and lists platform partnerships with Anthropic, AWS, OpenAI and Google Cloud for Glob.AI. It also runs a Financial Services AI Studio that markets agentic modernization for legacy code, onboarding, credit decisioning and compliance.
Public-company disclosure. Globant files with the SEC and publishes audited financials. If your vendor risk team wants that level of transparency, a listed company makes their job easier. Its delivery is also global, with Q4 2025 revenue split 53.8% North America, 21.1% Latin America and 19.3% Europe, so it can support teams in several regions at once.
Our pods ship to production. One Ryz pod built AI fraud detection for a global fleet company: 244K+ invoices scored, under 30 seconds per invoice, and $5.94M in confirmed fraud, validated by the client's own fraud team. Another built AI marketing compliance review for a global capital management firm that has processed 8,000+ documents and cut review from days to hours. Others built an AI voice platform that has handled 1M+ outbound calls. Client names stay private; the details are on our case studies page.
A senior pod inside your cloud and repos. A typical pod is about 7 senior engineers, including a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers, working as one team. They work in your repos, your CI and your standups, inside your cloud (AWS, Azure, GitHub, Postgres, with Anthropic and OpenAI models), and show working software in weekly demos.
New York hours. Our engineers are in Latin America and work within about an hour of US time zones, so code review and decisions happen the same day. Globant has a large Latin American base too, but overlap depends on where your team sits in a global firm.
You choose the engineers. We've interviewed tens of thousands of engineers, and only the top 1% make it. You get a recruiter-curated shortlist, you run the final interview, and our quote comes with the names of the people who would do the work. See our vetting process.
You own the result. When the system is running, you can grow the pod with more people or disciplines, or have it hand the whole system over to your team. The code and the know-how stay with you.
A team, not metered agent output. Globant's AI Pods are AI agents supervised by its experts and priced on tokens. They are also young: $20.6M in ARR against about $2.45B in FY2025 revenue. Embedding senior engineers in client systems is what we do every day.
Where we're not the right fit. If you need follow-the-sun coverage or engineers in Europe or Asia time zones, a strategy and transformation consulting program, or a proprietary AI platform, Globant is the better call. The same goes if you want published, self-serve pricing before a conversation.
Globant doesn't publish AI Pods prices. Glob.AI describes a monthly Minimum Usage Fee that covers tokens up to a threshold, plus a Variable Fee above it, but lists no amounts. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project and $25 to $49 per hour; those are directory figures, not Globant's. A monthly figure repeated online is unconfirmed by Globant, so we leave it out.
Our pricing is a custom quote, scoped per team, because a pod for one stalled pilot looks very different from one running a multi-system build. You get a scoped plan, a price and the names of the people who would do the work. The trade-off: no number before you talk to us.
Still weighing the field? Our guide to the best AI pod providers compares how each firm defines a pod, and our Globant alternatives page lists other options. We also compare Ryz Labs vs EPAM.
No. Globant's AI Pods are supervised AI agents priced on token usage. A Ryz AI pod team is senior engineers building inside your stack.
Model and footprint. Globant is a global firm with about 27,000 technologists across several regions. We embed top 1% senior engineers and AI pod teams inside your team on US hours, and we're trusted by Fortune 500 engineering teams.
Yes. It runs a Financial Services AI Studio, and it reports that an unnamed financial institution client finished a COBOL migration in 2 months versus 14 projected. Its public financial services AI cases are anonymized; we found no named client case for AI Pods.
Yes. Our pods work in your repos and can hand the whole system over to your team, so the code is already yours if you later bring in a large integrator. Talk to us if that path sounds right.
