Encora is a product engineering services firm covering cloud, QA, DevSecOps, data and AI/LLM engineering, with more than 9,000 employees per deal coverage. India-based Coforge completed its acquisition on April 23, 2026, and encora.com now redirects to coforge.com.
Globant is NYSE-listed, grew out of Buenos Aires, and had about 28,800 employees at the end of 2025. It sells traditional engineering programs plus "AI Pods," a subscription in which AI agents do the work under Globant expert supervision, billed as a monthly minimum usage fee plus a variable fee.
Wizeline, founded in 2014, says it has about 2,000 employees. It sells Studio, Project and Staff models plus "Agentic Pods," which it describes as agile pods augmented by AI agents, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
BairesDev, founded in 2009 in Buenos Aires, says it has 4,000+ engineers across 100+ technologies. It sells staff augmentation, dedicated teams led by its own technical PMs and full project outsourcing, and says teams can be ready in 2-4 weeks.
