Full disclosure: we're Ryz Labs, and we put ourselves first on this list. We think we're the stronger choice for most US engineering teams, and we're plain about when BEON.tech fits better. Every fact about other firms comes from their own sites and public listings, cited at the bottom.
BEON.tech is a Buenos Aires-headquartered talent partner that connects US companies with pre-vetted engineers from 23 Latin American countries. It cites 68,000+ screened engineers, says its tech leads personally vet every candidate, and presents 2 to 5 candidates per role, with about 1 in 3 hired. It sells staff augmentation, contract-to-hire, IT recruitment and dedicated teams, and it hires forward deployed engineers one at a time. Buyers usually look at BEON.tech alternatives for structural reasons: they want a whole AI team rather than another seat, they want published prices before the first call, or they're an enterprise rather than the venture-funded product company BEON's FAQ describes as its typical client. For senior engineers plus AI pods from one partner, our pick is Ryz Labs.
Fortune 500 engineering teams trust us to add senior people who are productive from week one. Only the top 1% of the tens of thousands of engineers we've interviewed make it. They join your standups, your repos and your roadmap on US business hours, including New York hours, so pairing and code review happen the same day. Our staff augmentation also covers data, product and design people, so one partner can fill the whole squad.
Where we differ most from BEON.tech is AI work. BEON places forward deployed engineers as individuals, which works if you already have the team around them. Our AI pod teams arrive as a unit: typically about seven senior engineers, including a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers, building in your cloud, your GitHub and your CI, with a weekly demo. Pods have shipped an AI driver-support agent that covers about 218,000 driver calls a year in three languages, and a marketing-compliance system that took review of 8,000+ documents from days to hours. See our case studies.
BEON and Ryz both claim the top 1%, so compare the process. Ours: recruiters source, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview, and recruiters review each one before and after. AI scores are advisory, and people decide. Our vetting process page shows every step.
Our prices are public. Mid-level engineers (comparable to Amazon L5 / SDE II) run $7,000 to $10,000 a month, seniors (comparable to Amazon L6) $10,000 to $15,000, and leads are quoted per team. Three senior engineers for a year is 3 × $10,000 to $15,000 × 12, or $360,000 to $540,000. You get a plan, a price and the names of the people before you start. For a full comparison, read Ryz Labs vs BEON.tech.
Where we're not the right fit: you want a self-serve marketplace or an hourly gig, you need engineers on European or Asian hours, or you need "human data" specialists for LLM training, which BEON offers and we don't.
Coderio was founded in 2017 and lists its headquarters in New York, with development centers in Buenos Aires, Medellín, Lima, Santiago, Mexico City and Montevideo. It says it can assemble a team within 7 days from a community of 10,000 pre-vetted engineers, and that its senior engineers have at least 7 years of hands-on experience. Its COO, CTO, a subject matter expert and a service delivery manager take part in each engagement. It fits buyers who like BEON's senior focus but want squads as well as seats. See Ryz Labs vs Coderio.
Howdy is an Austin-based nearshore partner with "Howdy Houses" offices in Latin American cities such as Buenos Aires, Medellín and Mexico City. Its screening combines psychologists trained as recruiters with live coding interviews run by senior engineers. Howdy says shortlists arrive within 48 hours and a full recruitment cycle typically takes four to six weeks. It suits teams that value retention and in-person workspaces over speed. See our Howdy alternatives.
Jobsity places pre-vetted developers from 20+ Latin American countries with US companies and lists an address in Houston. It charges a flat monthly rate with no placement or recruitment fees, offers a 30-day risk-free trial, and lets you downsize with 30 days' notice. Its process runs from a Smart Interview through technical screening and a challenge. Jobsity also sells contact-center staffing, so engineering is one of two lines. See Ryz Labs vs Jobsity.
If you want senior engineers and an AI pod team from one partner, talk to us. Our guide to Latin American staff augmentation companies compares the wider field, and staff augmentation for senior engineers focuses on seniority.
For US teams that want top 1% senior engineers on their team on New York hours, plus AI pod teams that ship to production, Ryz Labs. You see the plan, the price and your engineers' names before you start.
If you want individual FDEs added one at a time, BEON offers that. If you want a full team that builds and ships the system, a Ryz AI pod comes with a tech lead and an ML engineer. See our forward deployed engineers page.
We do: $7,000 to $15,000 per engineer per month for most mid-level and senior engineers. Jobsity says it charges a flat monthly rate, and Clutch lists bands for Jobsity. Coderio and Howdy don't publish a rate card.
Ryz engineers work on your team, reporting to your leads. Talk to us to scope your team, or start with our page on hiring LatAm developers.
