Quick note before we start: this was written by Ryz Labs, and we're one of the options below. We're biased, so we've been straight about where others beat us.
First, a naming note. Nortal, an IT consultancy headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, acquired Nearsure in July 2025, and Nearsure rebranded as Nortal in December 2025. Nearsure.com now redirects to nortal.com, where the old staff augmentation business is sold as Nortal "IT Outsourcing." So if you're comparing us with Nearsure, you're really comparing us with Nortal.
Choose Ryz Labs if you're a US enterprise and you want senior Latin American engineers embedded in your team, in your standups and repos, within one hour of US time zones. We're trusted by Fortune 500 engineering teams, only the top 1% make it through our vetting, and our AI pod teams build AI systems inside your cloud and ship them to production. Choose Nortal (formerly Nearsure) if you want a full-service consultancy that can staff people from Latin America and Europe, or if your work centers on certified Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms.
Two continents of delivery. Nortal lists talent in 15 Latin American countries and six European ones. If you need follow-the-sun coverage, or a team that overlaps with London as well as New York, that footprint is a real advantage. We work in US time zones only.
Certified enterprise platform staffing. Nortal says it has "350+ Certified experts" on Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow, and says specialized staffing can be "staffed in under 30 days." If your project lives inside one of those platforms, that certification depth is worth a lot.
Consulting and delivery under one roof. Nortal also sells custom development, global capability centers and enterprise transformation work. If you want a vendor to own strategy and delivery, not just add engineers to your team, Nortal is built for that. It's also ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and it claims an "88% client retention rate."
Top 1% vetting you can see. Recruiters source candidates, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, and every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview. Recruiters review each candidate before and after that interview, and people make the decisions. Only the top 1% make it, out of tens of thousands of engineers interviewed. You get a recruiter-curated shortlist and run the final interview yourself. Our vetting process page walks through it. Nortal doesn't publish its vetting process in this kind of detail.
Staffing is the main job, not one service line. After the acquisition, Nearsure's staff augmentation became one offering inside a large consultancy. With us, embedded engineers and AI pod teams are the core business. Our engineers join your standups and repos from week one and work within one hour of US time zones, so review happens the same day.
AI pod teams with production work behind them. Nortal sells "AI-native teams," with "AI agents work[ing] alongside expert engineers," in its words. Our AI pod teams are dedicated groups of senior engineers (often around seven, with a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers) that build inside your cloud, repos and CI, with weekly demos. Our case studies include fraud detection that scored 244K+ invoices in under 30 seconds each, with $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's fraud team, and a marketing compliance system that took review of 8,000+ documents from days to hours.
Speed to a named shortlist. Nortal's own page says staff augmentation can "Ramp up in 4-8 weeks." We don't publish a standard timeline, but you get a scoped plan with the names of the people who would do the work early in the process, so you can judge for yourself.
Neither of us publishes a rate card. Nortal's AI-native teams page talks about tracking token consumption "across every sprint" so you can forecast costs, but there are no published prices. Nearsure's old Clutch profile is gone, and Nortal's Clutch profile shows no hourly rate.
Our pricing is a custom quote, scoped per team. You get a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work. If you need published pricing before a conversation, we're not the right fit.

Not as a separate brand. Nortal acquired Nearsure on July 15, 2025, and Nearsure rebranded as Nortal on December 10, 2025. Former Nearsure CEO Giuliana Corbo is now President of Nortal Americas, according to Nortal.
We can't say honestly. Neither of us publishes rates. Ask both for written quotes for the same roles and seniority, and compare line by line.
Yes. Both staff common backend and data roles. If you want them embedded on US hours, see how we place Python developers and data engineers.
If you want an AI-assisted delivery team inside a consultancy, Nortal's AI-native teams fit. If you want senior engineers who build the system in your cloud alongside your team and hand it over when done, talk to us.
