Full disclosure: Ryz Labs is behind this page, and our AI pod teams compete directly with what Globant and Wizeline sell. We'll make the case for ourselves, but we'll also say where each of them fits. Facts about both companies are cited at the bottom.
The question here is the ratio of agents to people. Globant's AI Pods are, in its words, "AI-native service units where agents execute, experts supervise, and enterprises receive governed outputs at scale." You pay for approved output. Wizeline's Agentic Pods keep engineers at the center: "cross-functional Agile PODs, augmented by AI Agents," priced on outcomes. Pick Globant if you want to buy agent output by consumption. Pick Wizeline if you want a vendor-run team that uses agents to need fewer people.
If you want neither a meter nor a vendor-run pod, but senior engineers who build AI systems in your cloud as part of your team, that's what Ryz Labs does.
Here is every public price signal we found, checked October 2026. Most firms in this market don't publish a rate card, so we show the hourly band on their Clutch listing and convert it to a monthly figure for one full-time engineer.
Monthly figures are our math at 160 hours a month. Directory bands are entered by the firms themselves and are not quotes, so ask each vendor for a written monthly price for the same roles at the same seniority.
Globant is turning services into a platform. It launched AI Pods in June 2025 as "the first subscription model for AI-powered services," moved them onto Glob.AI in August 2026, and on October 27, 2026 added Glob.AI OS to govern AI use across a company. Its pricing page bills software pods per supervised token and ops pods "per output resolved." The pitch is that you "pay for outcomes, not hours." Globant reported $20.6 million in AI Pods ARR at the end of 2025.
Wizeline is reshaping a classic team. Founded in 2014, it still sells Studio, Project and Staff models, plus Forward Deployed Engineers to move work "from pilots to production-ready systems." Its Agentic Pods page argues a pod of six people plus agents can replace a pod of ten, and shows the cost dropping from $120,000 to $86,400 a month by month 12. That's an illustration, not a rate card. Clutch lists Wizeline at $50-$99/hr with a $100,000+ minimum project.
Scale is the other gap: Globant is more than ten times Wizeline's size by headcount.
If you've read this far, you've decided you want a pod. Here's how ours is different.
People you can name. Our pods are senior engineers, not agent capacity. You meet each one before the engagement starts, and they work on your team in your AWS or Azure account, on GitHub and Postgres, with Anthropic and OpenAI models.
No meter to watch. Token and output billing can be hard to forecast. Ours is a flat monthly cost per engineer, with leads quoted per team, so finance knows the number in advance.
Shipped, and checked by the client. A Ryz pod built fraud detection for a global fleet company: 244K+ invoices scored, each in under 30 seconds, and $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's own fraud team. See the case study.
Nothing to unwind later. There's no Glob.AI-style platform layer in the middle. You own the code and IP, and you can revoke our access any time. Read more on AI pod teams.

No. It's an example on Wizeline's Agentic Pods page comparing a traditional pod with an agentic one. Ask Wizeline for a quote for your scope.
Glob.AI bills software pods "per supervised token, per pod; for approved output," against a monthly minimum usage fee. Its Pro plan says you "pay only for work approved at a quality gate."
Globant says expert supervision includes Forward Deployed Engineers, but agents carry out the work. Wizeline's pods are engineer-led; ours are senior engineers throughout.
Yes. A pod can start on one system, then add people or disciplines as the work grows. Tell us the system.
We checked both firms' pod pricing and services in October 2026. Pod models are changing fast, so confirm current terms.
