Heads up: we're Ryz Labs, and we're the first option on this page. We'd rather be useful than coy about that, so we also say when CI&T is the better call. Facts about CI&T and the other firms come from their own sites, filings and public listings, linked at the end.
CI&T is a NYSE-listed technology services company founded in Brazil in 1995. Its 2025 annual report shows US$489.7 million in revenue and 7,993 employees, 6,980 of them in Brazil. It sells "AI Deployment" programs for large enterprises, built on its own CI&T FLOW platform, and bills mostly time-and-materials at hourly rates. Buyers look elsewhere for structural reasons: they want engineers on their own team rather than a program run by the vendor, they don't want to adopt a vendor's AI platform, or their budget sits below the $100,000+ minimum project Clutch lists. For that, our pick is Ryz Labs. If you want a listed global partner for a multi-year program, CI&T is a sensible place to stay.
Here is every public price signal we found, checked October 2026. Most firms in this market don't publish a rate card, so we show the hourly band on their Clutch listing and convert it to a monthly figure for one full-time engineer.
Monthly figures are our math at 160 hours a month. Directory bands are entered by the firms themselves and are not quotes, so ask each vendor for a written monthly price for the same roles at the same seniority.
Fortune 500 engineering teams trust us for two things. The first is senior engineers: only the top 1% of the tens of thousands of engineers we've interviewed make it, and they join your standups, repos and roadmap on US business hours, including New York hours. That's our staff augmentation business. The second is AI pod teams: dedicated pods of senior engineers that build AI systems in your cloud and ship them to production. A typical pod is about seven people, including a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers, working in your AWS or Azure account, your GitHub and your CI, with a weekly demo.
The main difference from CI&T is who runs the work. CI&T delivers programs defined in statements of work, through its own teams and platform. Our engineers report to your leads, in your process, so the code and the context stay with your people. There's no proprietary platform to adopt. Pods have shipped fraud detection for a global fleet company that has scored 244K+ invoices in under 30 seconds each, with $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's fraud team. See our case studies.
We price per engineer. Mid-level engineers (comparable to Amazon L5) are $7,000 to $10,000 a month, seniors (comparable to Amazon L6) are $10,000 to $15,000, and leads are quoted per team. A five-person senior pod is about $50,000 to $75,000 a month. You get a scoped plan, a price and the names of the people before you start, and we can usually start in under two weeks once you say go. For the head-to-head, see Ryz Labs vs CI&T.
Where we're not the right fit: you need engineers in Europe or Asia time zones, you want a vendor to own a large multi-year program end to end, or procurement requires a publicly listed vendor.
Globant is NYSE-listed and, like CI&T, sells large enterprise programs. It sells "AI Pods" as a monthly subscription in which AI agents do the work under expert supervision. It suits buyers who want a productized way to buy capacity from a large vendor. See Ryz Labs vs Globant AI Pods.
EPAM is an S&P 500 engineering firm with about 62,850 people. It sells managed delivery, consulting, the AI/Run suite and the open-source DIAL platform. It is the engineering-heavy alternative when you want one global vendor at a larger scale than CI&T. See our EPAM alternatives.
Wizeline has operated since 2014 and says it has about 2,000 employees, with offices in Mexico, Colombia, the US, Canada, Spain, the UK and Vietnam. It sells Agentic Pods and Forward Deployed Engineers. Delivery can come from Vietnam and Europe as well as Latin America, so ask which team will work your hours. See Ryz Labs vs Wizeline.
BairesDev was founded in Buenos Aires in 2009 and says it has 4,000+ engineers across 100+ technologies, mostly in Latin America. It sells staff augmentation, dedicated teams led by its own technical PMs and full software outsourcing, plus AI development. See our BairesDev alternatives.

Globant. Both are NYSE-listed and sell enterprise AI programs built around their own platforms and methods. EPAM is larger and more engineering-heavy.
No. Its annual report says most revenue is time-and-materials billed at hourly rates. Clutch lists $50 to $99 an hour and a $100,000+ minimum project. We publish ranges of $7,000 to $15,000 per engineer per month.
