Heads up: we're Ryz Labs, so we have skin in this game. What follows is the advice we give buyers on calls, including the times we tell them to go with someone else.
A quick update first. India-based Coforge completed its acquisition of Encora on April 23, 2026, in a deal valued at about US$2.35 billion. Encora.com now redirects to coforge.com, so Encora's offering is sold as part of Coforge.
Choose Ryz Labs if you're a US enterprise and you want senior Latin American engineers embedded in your team, in your standups and repos, within one hour of US time zones. We're trusted by Fortune 500 engineering teams, only the top 1% make it through our vetting, and our AI pod teams build AI systems inside your cloud and ship them to production. Choose Encora (now Coforge) if you want a large engineering services firm to run big product engineering, cloud, QA and data programs, with nearshore delivery from Latin America and offshore capacity in India.
Scale and a blended delivery model. Encora has more than 9,000 employees and 40+ offices, according to coverage of the Coforge deal, and now sits inside a firm of roughly 41,500 people. If you want hundreds of engineers on one program, or a nearshore and offshore mix to manage cost, Encora and Coforge can do it. We work in US time zones only.
Full-service engineering programs. Encora covers product engineering, cloud, QA, DevSecOps, data analytics and AI/LLM engineering. If you want a vendor to own delivery of a whole program, with its own managers and process, that's what large services firms are built for. Our model assumes your leads stay in charge.
Vertical depth. Analyst firm Everest Group points to Encora's depth in healthcare and hi-tech. If you're in one of those verticals and want a vendor with that history, it's worth a look.
Engineers inside your team. Our engineers join your standups, your repos and your roadmap from week one, working within one hour of US time zones. You get people who work to your leads, not a program run by a vendor. That keeps knowledge in your team.
Top 1% vetting you can see. Recruiters source candidates, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, and every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview. Recruiters review each candidate before and after, AI scores are advisory, and people decide. Only the top 1% make it, out of tens of thousands of engineers interviewed. You get a recruiter-curated shortlist and run the final interview yourself. Encora doesn't publish its vetting process. See our vetting process.
AI pod teams that ship to production. Our AI pod teams are dedicated senior engineers (often around seven, with a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers) that build inside your cloud, repos and CI, with weekly demos and a handover when you're ready. Our case studies include fraud detection for a global fleet company that scored 244K+ invoices in under 30 seconds each, and an AI voice platform with 1M+ outbound calls.
Stability while Encora integrates. Everest Group has flagged integration risk in the Coforge deal, including the risk of "over-governing delivery or slowing execution." That may settle down, but if you're starting a program now, it's worth asking who your account team will be in a year.
Encora doesn't publish pricing, and its Clutch profile lists rates as "Not disclosed" with a confidential minimum. Expect a large-firm engagement.
Our pricing is a custom quote, scoped per team. You get a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work. If you need published pricing first, neither of us offers it.

Yes. Coforge announced the deal in December 2025 and completed it on April 23, 2026. Encora.com redirects to coforge.com.
Its public profile describes project-based engineering services, and its own site is no longer live, so ask Coforge directly. If you want individual engineers embedded on US hours, see how we place Java developers or cloud engineers.
Its Clutch profile had no reviews when we checked in October 2026. Ask for references from clients of a similar size and industry.
