After a first conversation you get a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work. You own all the code and IP, we'll sign your NDA, and you control every engineer's access.

Randstad Digital was launched on August 30, 2023 by Randstad, the Netherlands-based staffing group, to bring the group's technology talent and services under one brand. It replaced the Randstad Technologies name. It says it has 25,000+ engineers and digital experts in more than 39 countries and 1,200+ completed projects. Its talent services include contract and permanent staffing, hire-train-place and Talent as a Service; its managed solutions use "dedicated delivery PODs"; and it builds global capability centers on a build-operate-transfer model. Sourcing runs on an AI platform powered by Torc. Its Talent Marketplace, for mid-market firms, offers fractional hours and "transparent, fixed markup pricing."
Here is every public price signal we found, checked October 2026. Most firms in this market don't publish a rate card, so we show the hourly band on their Clutch listing and convert it to a monthly figure for one full-time engineer.
Monthly figures are our math at 160 hours a month. Directory bands are entered by the firms themselves and are not quotes, so ask each vendor for a written monthly price for the same roles at the same seniority.
Randstad Digital doesn't publish rates. Its Talent Marketplace advertises "transparent, fixed markup pricing," but the markup itself isn't on the page, and we found no published conversion fee or guarantee terms on its talent services pages. Its homepage line that it "does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process" is a notice to job candidates, not client pricing. Ask for the markup, the monthly cost per engineer and any conversion terms in writing.
