TEKsystems began in 1983 "to meet contract employment needs" and is part of Allegis Group, which it describes as a $14.5 billion enterprise. It now calls itself a technology services provider and systems integrator. Its Talent Solutions arm places individuals and teams, with recruiters segmented by skill area and a network it says covers 81% of the IT workforce. TEKsystems Global Services handles cloud, data, digital and AI work, including a conversational AI platform it calls TEKsystems.sAIge. It cites a 2026 Best of Staffing Platinum Talent Award from ClearlyRated on its site.
Here is every public price signal we found, checked October 2026. Most firms in this market don't publish a rate card, so we show the hourly band on their Clutch listing and convert it to a monthly figure for one full-time engineer.
Monthly figures are our math at 160 hours a month. Directory bands are entered by the firms themselves and are not quotes, so ask each vendor for a written monthly price for the same roles at the same seniority.
TEKsystems doesn't publish rates, markups, conversion terms or guarantees, and because it is privately held, there are no public filings that describe its pricing. Public-sector contracts give one glimpse of the model: a Texas DIR contract for IT staff augmentation (DIR-CPO-4638, 2020 to 2024) was priced on not-to-exceed labor rates. Ask for a written rate card, any conversion terms and the replacement policy before you start.
