Distillery is a Manhattan Beach, California firm founded in 2012 with more than 250 people across the US, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and Eastern Europe. Like Oowlish, it goes past staffing into UX/UI design, QA and product management, and its client list includes consumer names such as Sweetgreen and Thrive Market. It joined the Claude Partner Network in September 2026 and says it is an OpenAI Select Partner. It fits a brand that liked Oowlish's product side but wants a firm built around software delivery. Jobsity is a nearshore staffing firm with a Houston address that places developers from 20+ Latin American countries who work US time zones. It advertises flat monthly rates with no placement or recruitment fees, a 30-day risk-free trial and a 30-day notice period if you scale down. It doesn't market dedicated AI pods.
