Turing pricing: what we could find in 2026

Turing doesn't publish prices. Here's how its quoted engagements work, what drives the cost, and why US teams compare a Ryz quote.

We'll say this up front: Ryz Labs wrote this page, and we think we're the better choice here. We've kept every fact about other companies to what they publish themselves or what public listings show, with sources at the end.

The short answer

Turing does not publish pricing. Its homepage and enterprise pages list no rates, fees, minimums or trial terms, and every engagement is quoted after a conversation with its team. Its homepage says Turing "drives real economic progress from AI by helping frontier labs improve models and enterprises deploy agentic systems," so the offers you'd be quoted on today are AI-focused: Advise, Augment and Build, plus Turing pods and forward-deployed engineers.

For most US teams, a Ryz Labs quote is the better value. You get a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work before you sign. Those people are top 1% senior engineers, chosen from tens of thousands interviewed, working within about one hour of US time zones. If you need AI built, you get a dedicated AI pod team that works inside your cloud and ships to production. Get a Ryz quote and put it next to anything else you're weighing.

How Turing pricing works

For enterprises, Turing sells "Turing Intelligence" in three parts. All are quoted, not listed.

Turing also sells "Turing pods" that combine AI talent and domain specialists, and forward-deployed AI engineers who own customer outcomes end to end. It says clients keep their code and IP. Talent comes from a remote global network that Turing says has 4M+ engineers and experts. No rate card, minimum or trial is published for any of these offers.

What drives the cost

Which offer you buy. Talent embedding (Augment) and Turing-led delivery (Build) are different contracts. One is closer to paying for people, the other closer to paying for an outcome.

Model-level work. Turing's core business supplies training data and evaluation to frontier labs (per Sacra). Projects that involve fine-tuning, evaluation or post-training are a specialism, and quotes reflect that.

Where the team sits. Turing draws on a remote global network. Public forward-deployed engineer postings include Hyderabad, India. Location affects both the rate and the time-zone overlap with your team.

Duration and scope. A short prototype costs less than a production build with ongoing support. Ask how a quote changes when the prototype becomes a live system.

Who manages the work. In an embedding model your team directs the engineers day to day. In a vendor-led build, the vendor carries more of that load, and the price reflects it.

A practical tip: ask every vendor to quote the same brief. Same roles, same seniority, same hours, same duration, same definition of done. Then ask who exactly would do the work. With Ryz, the names are in the quote.

How Ryz pricing works

Ryz pricing is a custom quote, scoped per team. We don't publish rates because a quote should match the team you actually need. What we do promise is what you see before you sign: a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work.

You're paying for top 1% senior engineers. We've interviewed tens of thousands of engineers, and only the top 1% make it. Recruiters source, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview, and recruiters review before and after. AI scores are advisory; people decide. See our vetting process.

On New York hours, inside your team. Our Latin American engineers work within about one hour of US time zones and join your standups, your repos and your roadmap from week one.

AI pod teams that ship. A typical pod is about 7 senior engineers, including a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers, building inside your cloud (AWS, Azure, GitHub, Postgres, with Anthropic and OpenAI models), with weekly demos. One pod built fraud detection that scored 244K+ invoices in under 30 seconds each and surfaced $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's fraud team. Another took marketing compliance review of 8,000+ documents from days to hours for a global capital management firm. See our case studies.

One contract. You sign one contract with Ryz. Our engineers work with us as independent contractors, and we handle paying them.

Is Turing worth it?

If your project is model training, evaluation or post-training research, Turing's frontier-lab work is built around that.

For most US teams, Ryz is the better value. You know the names of your engineers before you sign, they're top 1% senior people working on New York hours inside your own team, and when you need AI built, our pods have systems in production, from fraud detection to an AI voice platform with 1M+ outbound calls. Fortune 500 engineering teams trust us for exactly this. See Ryz Labs vs Turing and Turing alternatives, or get a Ryz quote.

Questions

How much does Turing cost?

Turing doesn't publish prices; every engagement is quoted. Ask for a quote by role, seniority and duration, and compare it with a Ryz quote that names the engineers who would do the work.

Can I still hire remote developers through Turing?

Turing's site leads with AI labs and enterprise agentic systems, with "Augment" as its talent-embedding offer. If you want top 1% senior engineers embedded in your team on US hours, Ryz does exactly that. Our Turing vs Upwork page compares the two models.

Does Turing offer a trial?

No trial is published. Toptal publishes a trial of up to two weeks. See Toptal vs Turing.

Why doesn't Ryz publish prices?

Because the right price depends on the team. Senior engineers embedded in your team and a seven-person AI pod are different engagements. Every Ryz quote comes with a scoped plan and the names of your people, so you know exactly what you're buying.
