Heads up: we're Ryz Labs, so we have skin in this game. What follows is the advice we give buyers on calls, including the times we tell them to go with someone else.
Choose Ryz Labs if you're a US enterprise and you want senior Latin American engineers embedded in your team, in your standups and repos, within one hour of US time zones. We're trusted by Fortune 500 engineering teams, only the top 1% make it through our vetting, and our AI pod teams build AI systems inside your cloud and ship them to production. Choose Jobsity if you're a smaller or mid-market company that wants one or a few LatAm developers on a flat monthly rate, with a 30-day trial and the option to scale down on 30 days' notice.
Simple, low-risk terms. Jobsity says it charges "flat monthly rates with no additional fees for placement or recruitment," with "No hidden fees or overtime expenses." It offers a 30-day risk-free trial and says you can downsize with 30 days' notice. If you want to try one developer before committing, that's a friendly setup. We scope every engagement with a conversation first, which isn't for everyone.
Retention claims. Jobsity claims a "95% average retention rate" and says its people often stay with a client for three years or more. If churn burned you with a previous vendor, ask Jobsity how it measures that.
Fast first look at candidates. Jobsity says it can surface candidates "within minutes" of a discovery call. If you just want to see profiles quickly, that's a real convenience.
Top 1% vetting you can see. Recruiters source candidates, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, and every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview. Recruiters review each candidate before and after that interview, AI scores are advisory, and people make the decisions. Only the top 1% make it, out of tens of thousands of engineers interviewed. You get a recruiter-curated shortlist and run the final interview yourself. Jobsity also publishes a top-percentile claim, but it says the figure comes from "our proprietary recruitment process," so ask both of us how the number is measured. Our vetting process page explains ours.
AI pod teams, not only AI hires. Jobsity lists machine learning and data roles, and uses AI in its own sourcing. It doesn't market a dedicated AI team offering. Our AI pod teams are dedicated groups of senior engineers (often around seven, with a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers) that build inside your cloud, repos and CI, with weekly demos. Our case studies include an AI voice platform with 1M+ outbound calls and fraud detection that scored 244K+ invoices in under 30 seconds each.
Built for enterprise engineering teams. We're trusted by Fortune 500 engineering teams across industries, including financial services. Our recruiting AI is governed under EU AI Act high-risk requirements, and we follow GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, which helps when procurement asks how candidates were screened. Jobsity has five reviews on Clutch, so there's less third-party evidence about how it handles large accounts.
Engineering is the whole business. Jobsity runs contact center staffing alongside developer staffing. We place engineers, designers, product and data people, and build with AI pod teams. That's all we do.
Jobsity publishes its pricing model (flat monthly, no placement fees) but not the amounts. It says clients "save up to 40% on hiring costs." Clutch lists a $50-$99/hr band and a $25,000+ minimum project for Jobsity, but those are directory figures.
Our pricing is a custom quote, scoped per team. You get a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work. If you want self-serve pricing and a trial before any conversation, Jobsity is the easier start.

Possibly for a single mid-level developer, but neither of us publishes rates. Get written quotes for the same seniority and stack from both, and compare total monthly cost.
Yes, both staff common web stacks. See how we place React developers and Node.js developers.
Yes. Jobsity advertises a 30-day risk-free trial. We don't run a self-serve trial; we scope the team with you first and name the people before you commit.
Its website lists an office in Houston, Texas. Clutch lists New York. Its talent comes from Latin America.
