Why Ryz is the better choice for most teams

A higher bar, stated plainly. Strider's screen covers English, background, cultural fit and technical skills, and its English scoring by a professional teacher is a nice touch. A network of 100,000 is a wide funnel. What matters is what comes out of it. Only the top 1% of the tens of thousands of engineers we've interviewed make it. Recruiters source, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview, and recruiters review each one before and after. AI scores are advisory; people decide. Read our vetting process.

Senior by default. Platforms serve every level, from junior to lead, across 50+ job titles. We focus on mid-level and senior engineers (comparable to Amazon L5 and L6), plus leads. If you need someone who can own a service, review code and mentor others in their first month, that focus saves you interview rounds.

Teams, not just hires. Strider is built for one role at a time. When your problem is bigger than one seat, such as building an AI system, we send an AI pod team: a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers working as one unit in your repos, your CI and your standups, with weekly demos. Their work is in production. Fraud detection for a global fleet company has surfaced $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's fraud team. An AI voice platform has made 1M+ outbound calls. An AI real-estate agent runs 24/7. See our case studies.

Prices before the first call. Strider doesn't publish what you pay once you hire. We publish ranges: $7,000-$15,000 per engineer per month for most mid-level and senior engineers.

When Strider might make sense

Pricing

Strider doesn't publish rates. Its site says it's free to start and free until you hire, with no upfront fees or commitment. Ask for the all-in monthly cost per developer at the seniority you need, and what its 30-day fit commitment covers if a hire doesn't work out.

We publish ours. Typical Ryz cost is $7,000-$15,000 per engineer per month, mostly mid-level to senior. Mid-level (comparable to Amazon L5 / SDE II) is $7,000-$10,000 a month. Senior (comparable to Amazon L6) is $10,000-$15,000. Leads are $15,000+ and quoted per team. Quotes are scoped per team: two senior engineers for a year is 2 × $10,000-$15,000 × 12, or $240,000-$360,000. You get a plan, a price and the names of the people before you start.
