We'll say this up front: Ryz Labs wrote this page, and we compete with Teilur. We've kept every fact about Teilur to what it publishes itself or what public listings show, with sources at the end.
Choose Teilur if you want to hire one full-time person at the lowest published monthly price, you have a manager ready to guide them, and you're happy to do the technical assessment yourself. Its pricing page lists all-in monthly ranges, and they're lower than ours.
Choose Ryz if you want senior engineers who have already passed a top 1% bar, working on your team on US business hours from week one, or a dedicated AI pod team that builds in your cloud and ships to production. You see a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people before you sign, and Fortune 500 engineering teams trust us for exactly this.
A higher bar before you meet anyone. We've interviewed tens of thousands of engineers, and only the top 1% make it. Recruiters source candidates, our in-house ARC system ranks the pipeline, and every candidate goes through a structured NTRVSTA AI interview, with recruiter review before and after. AI scores are advisory; people decide. Teilur's own description of its pre-vetting centers on soft skills and communication, with AI used to check the technical match. Our vetting process page shows every step.
Engineers who work on your team, reporting to your leads. They join your standups, your repos and your roadmap from week one, on US business hours, so review and pairing happen the same day.
AI pod teams, not just individual hires. Teilur recruits AI developers one role at a time. We also run dedicated pods of senior engineers (often around seven, with a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers) that build AI systems in your cloud and repos, with weekly demos. Fraud detection we built has scored 244K+ invoices in under 30 seconds each, with $5.94M in fraud confirmed by the client's own fraud team. An AI voice platform has made 1M+ outbound calls. See our case studies.
You know who you're getting. After a first conversation you get a scoped plan, a price, and the names of the people who would do the work. You own all the code and IP they produce, and you control their access.
Proven with large companies. We work with US enterprises across industries, including financial services, and our recruiting AI is governed under EU AI Act high-risk requirements.
Teilur Talent says it builds teams "from Latin America" for full-time roles. LinkedIn lists it as founded in 2020, headquartered in San Francisco, with 11 to 50 employees; its site lists a mailing address in Claymont, Delaware. It shows partner logos including Ask and Dotdash and says its partners range "from startups to fortune 500." Hiring starts with $0 upfront, "No subscription and no MSA to sign." It offers three plans: a monthly plan with a one-month commitment, a buy-out plan, and a hybrid plan where you hire now and move the person to your own team directly later. Its FAQ asks clients to have a manager responsible for the hire's goals.
Here is every public price signal we found, checked October 2026. Most firms in this market don't publish a rate card, so we show the hourly band on their Clutch listing and convert it to a monthly figure for one full-time engineer.
Monthly figures are our math at 160 hours a month. Directory bands are entered by the firms themselves and are not quotes, so ask each vendor for a written monthly price for the same roles at the same seniority.
Teilur publishes its pricing. Its homepage says "We only charge 20% of what you pay," and its FAQ gives an example: a $5,000-a-month engineer means a $1,000 monthly fee. The buy-out plan is a one-time fee of 20% of annual salary. Its pricing page lists ranges with fees included: developers with 4+ years at $3,500 to $5,000 a month in Colombia and Argentina, or $4,000 to $6,500 in Mexico and Brazil; senior engineers with 7+ years at $5,500 to $8,500, or $6,500 to $9,500.
Our typical cost is $7,000 to $15,000 per engineer per month (mid-level $7,000 to $10,000, senior $10,000 to $15,000, leads $15,000+ quoted per team), scoped per team. For that you get engineers who passed a top 1% bar, on your team on New York hours, or an AI pod team that ships to production, with names before you sign. For more on rates, see our rates page.

Teilur publishes a 20% fee on what you pay the hire, or a one-time 20% of annual salary on its buy-out plan. Its all-in ranges for senior engineers with 7+ years run from $5,500 to $9,500 a month depending on the country.
On published monthly price, yes. Compare what's included: Ryz engineers have passed a top 1% bar, work on your team on US hours from week one, and come with a scoped plan and names before you sign. We also build AI with dedicated pod teams.
No. Its FAQ rules out freelance and project roles. It recruits full-time team members.
Teilur says a shortlist takes "about 5 days." With Ryz, timing is scoped on the first call for the roles you need, and you see named people before you sign.
