About the role

RYZ LABS is looking for a Staff/Senior Product Designer to work on complex, data-heavy products in a fast-moving environment centered on shipped product work.

Responsibilities

Own product problems from discovery through implementation-ready specification.
Work directly with engineers in an iterative, high-feedback workflow.
Talk with customers regularly and use observed behavior to guide decisions.
Design scalable components, patterns, and systems rather than one-off screens.

Qualifications

A portfolio of shipped product design for complex, data-heavy tools.
Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal English for async collaboration.
Front-end skills or B2B SaaS experience are a plus.
