About the role

RYZ LABS is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build secure, scalable AI-powered systems across frontend, backend, and ML workflows while partnering with product, support, SRE, security, and data teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship AI/ML workflows for automation, summarization, and operational support.
  • Build APIs, backend services, and event-driven integrations.
  • Develop intelligent tooling and virtual agents with reliable human handoff.
  • Monitor production models and improve performance, safety, and auditability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years across full-stack, platform, or AI engineering roles.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend experience.
  • Backend experience with Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Hands-on production experience with NLP, LLMs, APIs, and cloud platforms.
