At Ryz Labs we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join one of our clients' teams. The client has a simple mission:  use tech to combine an unparalleled level of customer service with the fastest delivery in the promotional product blank apparel industry. They help millions of small businesses build their vision from scratch!

You will be working closely with the North American product team to build high-quality solutions across multiple product streams and be responsible for growing the remote hub, the productivity of the team, and the quality of their work. You will have a good balance between technical and people skills and be able to coordinate the team’s activities across the different stages of the product development lifecycle: understanding business requirements, Ruby on Rails development, code review, unit testing, deploying changes, and engaging with project stakeholders.
