You sign one contract with Ryz. Our engineers work with us as independent contractors, and we handle paying them. Ryz is not an employer of record. If you need people on your own payroll, we also run direct-hire placement and executive search.
Yes. Our engineers are based in Latin America and work within one hour of US time zones, including New York hours. Your FDE pod works in the same day as your team, with standups and weekly demos on your calendar.
