How much does a data engineering team cost?

How does contracting work?

You sign one contract with Ryz. Our engineers work with us as independent contractors, and we handle paying them. Ryz is not an employer of record. If you need people on your own payroll, we also run direct-hire placement and executive search.

Will they work our hours?

Yes. Our engineers are based in Latin America and work within one hour of US time zones, including New York hours. Code review, questions and decisions happen the same day, in the same meetings as the rest of your team.
