• Talk. Tell us what you want to build, where it has to run and who owns it on your side. You get a scoped plan, a price and the names of the people who would do the work.
• Match. We assemble a dedicated team scoped to your stack and your AI use case. A typical pod is about seven senior engineers, including a tech lead, an ML engineer and backend engineers, working as one team.
• Embed. The pod works inside your cloud, your repos and your CI. Same standups as your team, with weekly demos of working software.

How much does custom AI development cost?

Custom quote, scoped per team. Pricing depends on the pod size, the seniority mix and the scope of the system. After the first conversation you get a scoped plan, a price and the names of the people who would do the work.

How does contracting work, and who owns the code?

You sign one contract with Ryz. Our engineers work with us as independent contractors, and we handle paying them. The work lives in your cloud and your repos, so you own it. Our pod can hand the whole system over to your team when it is done.

Will they work our hours?

Yes. Our engineers are based in Latin America and work within one hour of US time zones, including New York hours. Code review, questions and decisions happen the same day, in the same meetings as the rest of your team.
